What we do

At Kosher Meal Plans we share simple and delicious meal plans that are complete with grocery lists, recipes, and meal ideas. Our recipes include a wide range of preferences to satisfy many pallets and needs. We also provide helpful tips and inspiration on many different food-related topics. 

In addition to regular meal plans for the week, we will be including more specific meal plans like a Shalosh Seudos meal plan or a meal plan for breaking one’s fast. Although the meal plans are all Kosher you do not need to be Jewish or keep Kosher to use and enjoy these meal plans. They are just extra helpful for those who are observant and are looking for something more tailored to them. 

We believe that everyone can and should eat wholesome and delicious meals, and we started Kosher Meal Plans to help people achieve this. Following our meal plans will help you simplify the planning and prepping process and make it easier to consistently eat healthy and balanced meals. When the right planning is put into place you can always have meals ready no matter how busy you are! 

Jewish Calendar Year

In addition to our regular weekday meal plans our schedule revolves around the Jewish calendar year which helps us provide you with meal plans for all of the Jewish holidays and celebrations. It also helps you organize your weeks and months with Shabbos and Yom Tov in mind.

The Kosher Part

All of our meal plans and recipes are kosher and keep meat and dairy separate. There is no need to worry about substitutions in recipes or adjustments to meal plans.
