A delicious and healthy fruit pie! Just some apples, pears, nuts, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon; drizzled with a little bit of honey.

- 3 Honeycrisp apples
- 2 soft pears
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wash the fruits well leaving on the peel, slice thinly, and place in a baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add the lemon juice and cinnamon to the fruits and mix well.
Combine nuts, shredded coconut, honey, olive oil, and salt in a food processor and mix until well combined.
Cover the fruit with the nut mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the nuts are golden brown.
To Store:
Cover tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to a week.
