Ingredients

  • 3 Honeycrisp apples
  • 2 soft pears
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Wash the fruits well leaving on the peel, slice thinly, and place in a baking dish.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the lemon juice and cinnamon to the fruits and mix well.
    Making Apple Pie
  • Combine nuts, shredded coconut, honey, olive oil, and salt in a food processor and mix until well combined.
  • Cover the fruit with the nut mixture.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the nuts are golden brown.
