These creamy and decadent nut-stuffed dates are a great carb-free dessert or snack. They are so easy to make and can be stored in the freezer for months.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt crystals

Instructions

  • Cut the dates open and remove the pits (if they have).
  • Place the dates on a lined baking sheet and carefully spoon peanut butter into each date.
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave and drizzle it over the dates using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Sprinkle the sea salt flakes over the dates.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Transfer the dates to an airtight container and store them in the freezer.

Notes

Keep these nut-stuffed dates in the freezer for up to three months.
