- Medjool dates
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate chips
- Sea salt flakes

Remove the pits from the dates and spread them open.
Place a small dollop of peanut butter into each date.
Melt the chocolate.
Drizzle the chocolate over the dates.
Sprinkle sea salt flakes over the dates.
Freeze for 15 minutes.

If you have a microwave then microwaving the chocolate with a little bit of oil is your best option. It’s quick and easy. If you don’t have a microwave then a double boiler is another option.
A double boiler is a glass or metal bowl sitting over a pot of boiling water. The heat from the boiling water rises and melts the chocolate. Just make sure the water isn’t touching the bottom of the bowl otherwise the chocolate will burn.

There are a few options for the chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon sea salt crystals
Instructions
- Cut the dates open and remove the pits (if they have).
- Place the dates on a lined baking sheet and carefully spoon peanut butter into each date.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave and drizzle it over the dates using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle the sea salt flakes over the dates.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the dates to an airtight container and store them in the freezer.
