  • Old-fashioned oats
  • Baking soda
  • Salt

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Pour the batter into each muffin cup and bake for around 20 minutes.
  • Allow the muffins to cool before serving.

Notes

These green smoothie muffins can be kept in the refrigerator for up to four days and frozen for around three months. 
Because of the fresh milk in these muffins, they shouldn’t be kept at room temperature for longer than two hours.
