Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds dark ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk the egg in a big bowl.

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add patties to the skillet and fry until they are golden brown (around 4 minutes).

These will stay fresh in the refrigerator for around four days and in the freezer for around two months.
