What makes them spanish?

Spanish cooking involves a lot of aromatic spices like cayenne pepper, paprika, peppercorns, nutmeg, and oregano.

There are also a lot of Spanish spices that are harder to get like saffron and Nora pepper. We tried to include spices in this recipe that you most likely have at home or are easy to find.

When you mix the wings with all of the spices and then roast them, you’ll definitely get the Spanish flavor!

Use this recipe for any kind of chicken:

Not everyone loves chicken wings and that’s fine. If you want a little bit more “meat” on your chicken you can try this recipe with chicken legs or chicken thighs.

Chicken wings are small so they need less cooking time than bigger pieces of chicken. So if you’re using chicken legs or chicken thighs, simply add more cooking time.

When the chicken is finished roasting pour the sauce over it and serve.
