During the Jewish holiday of Passover, there’s always one Shabbat that is celebrated since Passover lasts for eight days.

Traditionally cholent is eaten on Shabbat throughout the year so we made a recipe that is chametz-free and perfect for Passover.

ingredients for Passover cholent:

Onions: The onions become caramelized and produce great flavor.

Yukon gold potatoes: These are our favorite potatoes because of their soft texture.

Carrots: Carrots will add flavor and color to this dish.

Flanken: This is one of the many cuts of meat you can use in this recipe.

Spices: Just a little bit of spices go a long way!
